Set in 5 acres, Manor Carp Lake is approximately a 2 acre reed lined lake, in a rural location in East Yorkshire. It has 5 pegs with level grass banks ideal for bivvies. Two of the pegs are large enough to accommodate 2 fishermen, so the maximum capacity of the lake is 7. It has been designed with features which give each peg its own clearly defined fishing area.
It is stocked with approximately 80 Carp weighing up to 26lbs, including Mirror, Common and Ghost. The most recent stocking came from VS Fisheries, and the previous stocking from Mark Simmonds. The lake has islands, underwater features and lilies, and is securely fenced.
Manor Carp Lake is located approximately 10 miles from York off the A1079 between Wilberfoss and Barmby Moor.
